1.1. This program is only available to BestPROXYandVPN.com CUSTOMERS as access the member (control panel) area is required in order to take advantage of the free proxies.

2.1. In order to join this program participants need to submit a video tutorial according to the terms listed under - 3. VIDEO TUTORIAL ACCEPTANCE CONDITIONS

3.1. Videos have to be captures of the computer screen with sound explaining actions.
3.2. Videos have to be made by the participants in the program and by entering submitting them to the program, each participant agrees to assign any intellectual property rights on the submitted videos to BestProxyAndVPN.com and permit BestProxyAndVPN.com to use the videos in any media, including the Internet, for any purpose whatsoever.
3.3. Video resolution should be 1280×720.
3.4. Videos should not advertise any website or software other than bestPROXYandVPN.com and the software the tutorial is made for.
3.5. Videos will be submitted to us via Typhoon Upload Dropbox below
3.6. While there are not required subjects on making the video tutorials, tutorials on setting proxies in all major browsers will only be accepted if made in a language other than English therefore to ensure acceptance we recommend making tutorials on using proxies in tools other than browsers.

4.1. The maximum number of free proxies awarded per user is 48.
4.2. Quality of the video tutorials will be determined by BestPROXYandVPN.com team at their sole discretion based on terms and requirements stated in this document, all decisions are final.
4.3. Entrants who do not agree to this use should not submit videos to BestPROXYandVPN.com.
4.4. Proxies received in "Double Your Proxies" Program are not transferable to other subscriptions, they will be active only as long as the subscription they were awarded on is active.

5.1. We will double the proxies of any member that submits a video tutorial that follows our requirements for as long as they keep the subscription they were awarded the proxies on, ACTIVE!

6.1. This document was revised on August 10, 2012. All submissions made after August 10, 2012 must comply to the terms stated in this document.
